A U.S. Air Force veteran with 27 years of elite service as a Pararescueman, Eric has honed leadership, team management, and process optimization skills through combat missions, large-scale program management, and training operations.

As a certified business coach through Mindvalley, Evercoach, and the Hypnosis Training Academy, Eric blends military precision with advanced coaching techniques. He specializes in helping business leaders, elite professionals, and athletes achieve higher personal and professional performance.
